Change will happen when you stay on track and kick butt. There's going to be a lot of sweat, pain, tears and even doubt. You'll have those moments when you can't seem to go any further. When you feel like giving up, you need to tell yourself to try harder. It's not over. It's not the end. When you wake up in the morning, that's a new day and an opportunity to learn from your mistakes, to rise from your weakness, to adjust from what didn't get you where you want to be. Take action. Be awesome.

Thank you for posting this. I've been struggling with my fitness goals. A lot has been going on in my life, especially when I'm so busy taking care of the family, household chores and everything else with it. It's not easy. I like reading all of the posts. It's encouraging and promising.
