Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 handful fresh spinach

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter)

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if needed.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
